We all love a little eye candy. In a recent post, I gave mention to the interior design and architectural design of the famous Hamptons movie home in the film “Something’s Gotta Give.” I’ve decided to back track a little and pay more attention to giving this home the spotlight it deserves. A stunning Southampton beachfront home was used for exterior shots only, while the jaw-dropping interior was created on a film set by designer Beth Rubino. This home was so fabulous, that Architectural Digest dedicated an article to the home, and designer, in November of 2003. Nearly 9 years later, this home still makes me swoon.

While we’re on the subject of eye candy, I find this post to be a fitting time to announce my own display of “Ohhh and Aww” inspired living… Pinterest! That’s right, in addition to my blog, Facebook, and Twitter activity, I’ve decided to take on Pinterest. It may take a while for me to figure out the best use of my “boards” and “pins”, so I’m sure it’ll be a work in progress until I get into the groove of pinning. Thus far, I have a boards for Products I Love, Real Estate, Books Worth Reading, My Style, and For the Home, but plan to expand to fill up boards according to design style and/or specific rooms in the home. I love browsing around on Pinterest, and am excited to jump into the mix! Follow me on Pinterest here: www.pinterest.com/tracishulkin
