Realtor.com has one of the most relevant, useful, and downloaded iPhone and iPad real estate app in the industry. For those of you who remain unfamiliar with the brand, Realtor.com allows users to go beyond a generic search for real estate in specific parameters, to include features including “Area Scout”, “Nearby Open Houses”, “Nearby Recently S0ld”, and “Area Highlighter” , that combine to make searching for and comparing properties a breeze. Realtor.com has plans to add some remarkable updates their already cutting edge app. Fall 2012 will bring about some major additions, such as providing licensed agents a unique URL to share with clients, across social media platforms, on their own website, and beyond. In my opinion, the coolest new feature will allow agents and clients to share questions or comments, and have private conversations regarding specific properties, all without ever leaving the app. Get excited!
