Last week, at The Henderson House on Westcliff Road in Weston I attended a luncheon with none other than Million Dollar Listing New York’s Ryan Serhant! Agents from the area were invited to hear Ryan speak, ask questions and enjoy a delicious meal hosted by Benoit Mizner Simon & Co. Despite the very un-Springlike cold and overcast weather, everyone was excited to be there and to meet the guest of honor. Let me say, he did not disappoint!
Ryan, one of the most successful real estate brokers in the world, with teams under his leadership in both New York and L.A. has been in the business just 7 short years. He oversees a team of 23 agents and sold over $500 Million in real estate in 2014 alone. A mere 30 years old, Ryan Serhant is just getting started. He spoke about his early career in the soaps, and as a hand model, before beginning his career and finding his niche as a real estate agent. He is everything you might expect if you are a fan of the show – charming, witty, raw and handsome. Serhant is truly an inspiration. From his tireless work ethic to the many non-profit organizations he supports, I’m not sure how he finds the time. I for one am glad he does, because I know we all love watching him on Bravo! “Expansion. Always, in all ways.”
