The month of June is always a very busy month. With the school year coming to a close, the last week of June is probably the busiest week of the year. Many Sellers want to close a week or so after school ends and many buyers don’t want to move until their kids are out of school. So it makes for a very exciting time for all involved.

We thought it might be helpful to explain what some of the titles on the spreadsheet mean. Some of them are obvious, but the two that might not be as obvious are the columns named ORIGINAL PRICE and LIST PRICE. The ORIGINAL PRICE is the price that the property for comes on the market at. The LIST PRICE is the price that the property reduced to, if necessary, in order to generate an offer or offers. Let us know if you want to see some percentage data, we are happy to provide.
