It is incredible to look at the numbers for Wellesley and Weston side by side. These two beautiful towns are right next to each other. But when you look at the number of sales for the month of July and the YTD average sales price, it tells a very different story. We have seen the over $2M market struggle a bit, so it is not a surprise that Weston did not have a ton of sales. Right now, Weston has too much for sale above $2M. The below $2M market in both towns is doing very well. Wellesley is also a much bigger town with more price points to choose from. Looking forward to looking at the numbers in AUGUST.
