Activities
Fishing – Morses Pond, Wellesley

Grab your fishing poles and bate and head over to Morses Pond in Wellesley. Over 100 acres of, Morses Pond covers the area between Route 135 and 9. The pond is known for their largemouth bass and tranquil environment. Although popular, the pond never seems too busy. If your Dad is someone who loves fishing, take him here for a nice day on the pond.
Golfing – Golf on the Village Green, Natick

For the dads that have a passion for golfing, take a spin-off of that and spend the day mini golfing. This great spot is located right in Natick and is a lovely spot to spend with the father you admire. Walk through the cobblestone pathways and move from spot to spot, participating in some friendly competition. Golf on the Village Green is open 10 AM – 9 PM on Father’s Day this year.
Biking – Brook Path, Wellesley
This beautiful path has been around since 1899 and was established by the town. Take a nice, long bike ride through the trails, stopping and admiring the beautiful and historic views the town has to offer. Along the routes there are spots to sit, fish and additional paths to explore on foot.
Workout – B/SPOKE, Wellesley

There is nothing like getting a good workout in before you spend your Sunday grilling and eating! B/SPOKE is a cycle studio located right in the center of Wellesley. They have a variety of classes based on the targeted workout you are looking for. Although technically a cycle studio, they also offer a class that is off the bike! Just be sure to book beforehand to reserve your spot.
Brunch – Blue on Highland, Needham

If you are looking for a nice and easy activity for Father’s Day, consider checking out Blue on Highland in Needham. This restaurant has a very large (and delicious) menu full of brunch options. The menu ranges from Craft Omelets, Eggs Benedict, French Toast; to pizza, sandwiches and salads. Sunday brunch is served from 11 AM until 3 PM.
