I always love to look at Wellesley and Weston side by side and year over year. When you look at the average sales price, both towns have increased as it relates to the same period of time last year. But it is important to note that Weston Average Sale Price has had a huge jump from the same time last year. This year, Weston has been a much stronger market over last year. It is also interesting to see that Wellesley has lower inventory than Weston. Wellesley is a much bigger town, so it is always a surprise to see the numbers. With that being said, Wellesley sold over 3 times the amount of homes sold in Weston in the month of August.
