“Customer Service” – It is a simple enough phrase, yet one that is too often given only passing attention, or worse, outright ignored. It is a phrase that I have made the foundation of my professional career and is, quite simply, my unyielding priority. No individual or business can succeed if they do not clearly understand the needs and wants of their lifeblood, the customer. Real estate is no different.

Prior to entering the real estate field, I was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with positions at Fidelity Investments and Goldman Sachs. Whether I was working with external clients or internal traders, I viewed the most important part of my job as the successful building of trust with those I worked with and for.

As the term “number-cruncher” implies, being a CPA often meant analyzing the data. Obviously, Real Estate is a numbers game as well. A seller’s goal is receiving top dollar for their home, while conversely, a buyer wants to find their dream house at the best price. When working with a seller, I focus on the hard data and the current market environment in an effort to provide a truthful (not inflated) Comparative Market Analysis. When working with a buyer, I pride myself on tirelessly doing all the research necessary to give them the best opportunity to realistically achieve their goals. In either case, “Trust” and “Value” are the utmost importance.

In an ideal world, every real estate transaction would be simple and neatly wrapped in a bow upon conclusion. The real world, unfortunately, doesn’t always work this way, as stress and complications can intrude on the process. It is my goal to minimize these stresses and complications, so you don’t have to think about them, and can remain focused on the objective at hand.
